What to know before we start
Do you work under a contract?
Yes. The contractor is Individual Entrepreneur Serhii Polishchuk. The contract defines the scope, stages, timeline, price and acceptance procedure.
Can we work remotely?
Yes. Meetings, approvals and reporting take place online, so we can manage projects regardless of the client’s location.
Can we start with a small task or an audit?
Yes. We often begin with diagnostics, a consultation or one priority stage. This lets you evaluate our approach before making a larger commitment.
Who owns the website, design and accounts?
Once the relevant stage is paid for, its deliverables are transferred to the client. Whenever possible, domains, hosting, analytics and working accounts are registered in the client’s name.
How are price and timing determined?
After reviewing the task, we divide the work into clear stages and assess scope and risks. If a reliable estimate is not yet possible, we begin with research or a technical specification.
What happens after launch?
We review analytics and key user journeys, fix issues and propose a development plan. We can continue with support, SEO, advertising or content.
